Gilded Age Cooking Class

An interactive cooking and dining class inspired by the Gilded Age and Natirar's history. Instructor Nancy Schneider leads a contemporary reimagining of classics including Lobster Newburg, Waldorf salad lettuce cups, Steak Delmonico, creamed spinach with wild mushrooms, Parisienne potatoes, and mixed berry clafoutis. Admission is $150 per person, exclusive of service fees.
